WHAT IS  OUR  RESENT POLICY WORK?

If you are with one of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resent you a new package.

1.SIZE PROBLEM 

If you think the items that you received are not fit for you, Provide pictures that you wearing the jersey for us to confirm, After we confirm you can pay $15 postage for resending, we will arrange a new shipment for you.

2. LOGISTICS EXCEPTION

If your package is beyond the normal transit time and the online tracking shows an Alert or an Expired status, please feel free to contact us. and then we will resend you the package at once for free.

3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirmation, and make sure you get it.

3.If the printed peel off, Please make the jersey flat, cover the letters & numbers with clean &  non-stick plastic paper or stencil, iron it with 150C° in 7-8 seconds, If it does not work, please iron again. 

Attention: Please do not iron the printed directly. 

PRODUCTS

Our stores stock as many of our products as possible, but they do have limited space. For this reason, they can’t store all the products that are available in the Online Shop.

 

You can find all available products on our site through a simple search. Either enter the product name or number in the search bar at the top right of the page or search by gender, sport, or brand on our navigation menu.  

After searching, you can refine, customize, and organize your results in the ‘Your Selection’ menu on the left side of the screen, then add the items you want by clicking ‘Add To Bag’.

There are two ways to locate products. Via the search menu or the navigation. Once you have located a product listing page you can refine your results using the available filters. You can’t customize or organize the results, simply refine them. 

The suggestion is that we keep the search paragraph to describe the search process but need a more generic intro which describes both processes. 

Due to the popularity of some of our items, they do sometimes sell out, but there are often other options you can explore.

You can make your jerseys more personal by adding a little something of your own choice. Making them personal means adding a personal name and number of your choice – your own, your pet’s or well, basically anything (appropriate). Look for the Personalize It icon for availability.

To ensure your product looks its best, try to avoid the use of special characters – some characters are not supported by the system.

COSTS

Adding a name and/or number to your product is an additional $6 per jersey to the standard price. This is a flat rate. 

For most of the jerseys, we can offer personal services 

Names can contain up to 12 letters A – Z. +$3

Numbers can only contain numbers 0 – 99. +$3

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Making your jersey personal will take around 1-3 additional days for delivery beyond your delivery selection. This means that, when adding a jersey to your bag with your name and/or number, your order will arrive 1-3 days later than usual.

Personalized products are created just for you. That means we cannot accept returns, except for manufacturing defects. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the fit of the specific model you are personalizing.

Color varies between materials. Our site shows a very close representation of how your gear will look. However, because it is a digital representation, we expect there will be some variation between your screen and the product.

Orders are charged when they ship and do not require a signature for delivery. We begin the personalization process as soon as you place your order and are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

If you used a credit card (Visa, Master, AE, JCB )it depends on the payment whether processing, Normally it will be charged as soon as you place the order, sometime it takes 24 hours to process and confirm.

If you used Transferwise, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.

You can check your order status to see whether your payment is confirmed by us, we will send a confirmation email once the payment goes through.

Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully.

If you want to change anything about your order, you can try the following:

*Ask the online service or Customer Service to cancel your order. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you can place a new order.

* If your order has not been shipped out yet, you can contact the online service or Customer Service to change the order details for you.

* We begin constructing your personalized product as soon as you place your order. We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it is placed.

Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

EMAIL US  with Your Order Number and the details of the item you need to change. 

There are many reasons for the failure as follows: • The credit card hasn’t been authorized to pay internationally and you should contact your issuing bank for the solution. •Each IP address is allowed to pay only once a day. It means you can only pay for one order in a day. •The limit of the credit card is not enough. •Our credit-card system doesn’t accept credit cards, please try another card. •The billing address of the credit card is different from the address where you receive the order. •The information of the credit card that you input is wrong, such as the card number, CVC code, and so on. How to resolve the above payment problems? Check the above reason and follow the guide then try again or try a different card. Make sure the shipping information is the same as the billing information.

One possible reason is that your payment is not successful, please wait for further notice. Once your payment is received, the status of your order will change to “waiting for confirm”. It won’t charge you Customs Duties of our packages generally. 3.EXPIRATION OF POINTS
Projersey Club points will remain valid for 365 Days. Points are not transferable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.


4.Projersey CLUB TIERS
The Club has five separate tiers. Starting at the P1, members can progress through the different tiers by earning points. It is possible to become a Challenger by simply joining the Projersey Club. No purchase is required.

Members can climb to the higher tiers of P5, at higher tiers members can access even greater benefits.


Members must meet the requalification requirements at the end of their membership year in order to remain at their current tier. If not, members will be downgraded to the tier below. Returns can cause members to drop down multiple tiers. For example, if a member returns an order / a product, the points earned will be deducted, which could cause a member to drop by the corresponding number of points.


5.REWARDS
Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned tiers will unlock a set of new rewards for members. When a member enters a higher tier, they will receive a one-time tier-specific discount voucher for that new tier that is good for 365 days. Members will have access to the rewards in their current tier and the tiers below them.


The following terms and conditions apply to the specific rewards listed for members in the relevant tiers when and if earned and used by you.


Discount Vouchers: These are single-use discount vouchers that are unlocked when members enter a new tier. These are valid for 365 days.
